Services provided:
- Discounted airfare – guaranteed lowest airfares available on American and Delta airlines offering the best service to New Orleans. Discounts up to 65% off the full coach fare, no Saturday stay required. There is a $25 airfare ticketing fee when using Carlson Wagonlit Travel. This is a standard fee charged by all travel agents.
- Protected best pricing – should fares decrease after the initial ticketing, the difference is refunded to you less a small fee assessed by the airlines.
- Discounted car rentals – available up to 3 days before and after the conference. HIMSS has designated Avis, Enterprise and Hertz as the official rental car companies for the conference.
- Personalized assistance in planning pre- and post-conference excursions.

Discounts vary depending on the cabin and available airfare level. Take additional benefit of gaining Delta SkyMile frequent flyer bonus miles, 500 round trip, 250 one-way, for bookings via the methods noted below.
