The HIMSS08 Conference & Exhibition will take place February 25 – February 28 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.

Onsite booth selection for the HIMSS08 Conference & Exhibition will take place at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center from Tuesday, February 27 – Wednesday, February 28, 2007 in Room 338.

The information you need to prepare for HIMSS08 Booth Selection is below and includes the following details:

Booth Selection will be located in Room 338 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. 

A deposit is required to secure exhibit space. The deposit schedule is noted below.
Onsite Booth Selection Deposits

• 100 square feet = $1,000 deposit required on-site
• 200 – 1,000 square feet = $4,000 deposit required on-site
• 1,100 – 2,500 square feet = $7,500 deposit required on-site
• 2,600 square feet or above = $20,000 deposit required on-site

This information will also be included in the booth selection package that will be placed in your exhibit booth on Sunday, February 25.
