This targeted sponsorship will reach the highest level of decision makers.

Display your company’s promotional material in this exclusive business center that is used by almost 1,000 CIOs. The CIO Executive Lounge and Business Center is your target audience’s office away from the office while in New Orleans.

CIO Forum Tote Bags

Give your target audience a reminder of your company while they use their tote bag for the remainder of HIMSS07.

At every CIO Forum the conference tote bags are extremely popular with attendees, who use them all week and for the rest of the year. This key sponsorship item is distributed to all CIO Forum attendees.

CIO Forum Proceedings on CD-Rom

Attendees keep this useful information and share with co-workers after the forum.

Long after the forum has ended, this resource tool will be kept and used. Each attendee is given a CD-Rom, which can be used to print materials at the event as well as distributed to colleagues and staff after the forum.

CIO Forum Raffle Prizes

Who doesn’t like to win a prize…Give your target audience a special reminder of your company.

This turnkey sponsorship is your opportunity to create goodwill with attendees.  All CIOs will receive a raffle ticket with the drawing taking place prior to the close of the Forum.  Great prizes always attract attention from clients. What’s more, your company will be one of only six sponsors to be announced and highlighted during the raffle.

Choose from a Named or Educational Program Scholarship and earn recognition for your company’s philanthropic affinity.

Named Scholarships
Demonstrate your organization’s philanthropic spirit while earning marketing benefits.  Supporting a student in his or her academic pursuits lets you advance the healthcare IT profession.  At the same time, it gives your organization special name recognition in association with a scholarship that you help create.

Educational Program Scholarships
A HIMSS educational program scholarship provides funding for a member to attend a HIMSS education program and serves as a means to recognize a person or an organization.
